Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide me with at least 24 hours' notice. I will do my best to accommodate your desired date and time, subject to availability.
Late Arrival Policy
To ensure a timely and efficient experience for all clients, I kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible.
Please note that due to the my commitment to other clients, I may not be able to extend your session beyond the scheduled time.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment.
Additionally, please be aware that late arrivals may result in a reduced number of images due to time constraints.
To avoid any inconvenience, I recommend planning your travel time accordingly and arriving a few minutes early to ensure a smooth start to your session.
Appointment Reminders:
- Email Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation with the appointment details once your booking fee is received.
- Reminders: You will receive a friendly reminder closer to your appointment date to help you stay organized.
- Weather: At the discretion of the photographer, bookings may be cancelled and rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions on the day of the scheduled photoshoot.

Time Constraints and Image Count
The photographer has a designated time allotment for each session, as specified in your chosen package. The number of images captured can fluctuate based on factors such as:
- Owner Preparation: Incomplete or ongoing preparations while the photographer is on-site can impact efficiency and photo counts.
- Weather Conditions: Adverse weather may limit outdoor photography options.
- Client Interference: Excessive involvement or distractions from clients can hinder the photographer's workflow and reduce final image count.
- Pet Interference: Pets on-site can disrupt the photoshoot. Please ensure pets are secured before the photographer's arrival.
Please note: These factors can influence the overall image count. We recommend planning accordingly to maximize your session's potential.
Preparation: Upon booking, I'll send a detailed confirmation email outlining the date, time, and location of your photography session. Please ensure your client is aware of the scheduled appointment and has prepared their property according to our Recommended Prep List.
Moving of Furniture & Personal Items: To ensure the safety of your belongings, our photographer is unable to move any furniture or personal items during the photo shoot. This includes electronics like phones, tablets, and laptops. However, he may make minor adjustments to items such as pillows, blankets, or toiletries that he views will enhance the final images.
To ensure your home is photo-ready, please refer to our recommended checklist for preparing your property. This list includes tips on decluttering, cleaning, and staging your home to showcase it in the best possible light.
